Some makes and vehicles are excluded from this program, including Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Saab, Smart, and Volvo. For eligible makes/vehicles, the car must be no older than the current calendar year minus 6 years and the odometer mileage must not exceed 80,000 miles.
