Just a note to let you know that Wendy and I are enjoying the bright blue Fit very much.  I am certain it will serve us well for many years.  The accessories that were added, definitely brings a higher level of pleasure to our ownership. 

I was very pleased with your level of professionalism and attention to detail during the showing, selection and the often stressful negotiating portion of the auto acquisition process.  You listened attentively to my needs, and never tried to pressure me to make a decision; whether it be which vehicle to choose, or when we wanted to take delivery of the car.  You did an especially good job responding to my challenge to "help me decide that I was going to purchase a Honda Fit", as I indicated that I was  leaning toward purchasing a Volvo C-30 (from another dealer).   All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.  You are dong a good job; keep up the great work.

I appreciate the follow-up and am happy that I get the opportunity to tell you about our experience. I work in customer service and making sure customers are satisfied is part of my job.  I am sure this feedback will be helpful to your dealership.

That being said, I know how helpful constructive criticism (aka: complaints) can be and unfortunately, I have none.  We worked with Brian Lehane who was as friendly and as professional as you could ask for when making a big purchase. 
 
In a business that is stereotyped as being run by crooked people, Brian was certainly genuine and that really, really helped.
 
As a couple we feel we sometimes get treated as kids.  I am 29 and Janice is 28... call it our young looks or maybe our care-free attitude, but at times we are treated as children - be it from waiters or salesmen, or anyone.  Add the fact that we brought an older gentleman (friend of the family living in Keene) and it would be very easy to treat us like immature people not ready for a deal.
 
Needless to say, Brian did not do this.  We welcomed his friendly attitude and he was more than willing to work with us in all facets of our discussion.  He allowed us to take the car for a ride, with and without him, and even offered to let us take the car to lunch after we decided to walk away from the sale. 
 
We didn't agree on a price with Brian, but that had nothing to do with his efforts.  We eventually came to an agreement and that would not have been possible were it not for the way Brian treated us the whole day.
 
I hope this helps the dealership and Brian.  Please let him know how grateful we are.  As I mentioned to Brian, we will be starting a family soon and when it is time to trade in another car for a CR-V, this experience will ensure that we return to Keene Honda.

Dear Jason,

As a 74 year old former self-employed consultant who drove more than 60,000 miles per year I bought or leased a new car every 1 1/2 to 2 years.  It held no thrill or excitement for me.

However, three weeks ago I purchased a 2008 Pilot from Craig Bourassa.  It was the first time in memory that I enjoyed the entire process.  Crag was friendly, cooperative and knew his product cold.  He patiently pointed out various features of the car and the warranties available without the slightest sales pressure.

After finalizing price and trade-in allowance I bought on the spot.  Thanks to Craig's professionalism I felt no further shopping was necessary.  What began as a search ended with the Pilot, the first car we looked at.

You should be aware of the excellent representation you enjoy through Craig.  I am sure the rest of your dealership will reflect the same professionalism Craig showed us.

I have already recommended him to 2 of my friends who will be soon looking for an automobile.

Thank you for all your follow up emails with regards to my interest and experience at Honda of Keene in searching for a replacement vehicle for myself and family. I am extremely delighted to report that today, I drove away in my brand new 2010 CR-V as a direct result of my sales experience with Tim Stone. Tim's patience through the entire process was a delight to receive, being atypical of the stereotype that car sales has been shadowed in for many years. Tim did not pressure us into anything we did not want. He was very inviting and accepting to our needs as a family and most importantly to our budgetary requirement for this vehicle. He was extremely accommodating to our time line and made a concerted effort to answer any questions we may have and attended to our needs and inquiries promptly. The entire process of looking at vehicles, test driving and such has taken upwards of 3 weeks, but in the end, we are completely satisfied.

Tim also encouraged us to look at other vehicles in the Fenton Family Auto system to make sure we get what we want. I did visit the Subaru in Keene and well, did not have as nice of an experience. I did drive a car that was a little small for our family needs and when I requested via email another option or conversation regarding something that was comparable to the CR-V, no one returned my message, nor phoned me to discuss this. I also did not like the "sales" pitching style of trying to get me to get things like undercoating, not missing an oil change, and the notion that I needed to move on the car I was test driving as it "probably would not be there on the weekend".

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Honda of Keene, not only with Tim, but all the staff on site who were very pleasant and accommodating as well. This is my second car I am financing through Honda Corporation and I can say without a doubt, because of Tim, you will have my business for life.

I just wanted to thank Scott in service for helping me out recently. I had my catalytic converter stolen and needed my car asap for a trip I was going on. I'll be sending a letter to Mr. McLean about the absolutely fantastic experience we had today in leasing my new Civic at Honda of Keene but I wanted to get this quick note out to you first.  All of you made this transaction a wonderful experience - thank you to Don, James, and especially to you for making this a painless and easy lease. 
 
Our first favorable impression was when you greeted us at the door upon our arrival and that you already had the car pulled up and waiting for us to test drive.  Ron is usually one who enjoys bringing auto salesmen to "tears" in his dealings with them (he can be merciless) but you offered us such a great deal up front that he didn't have the heart to try to negotiate any lower price. Thank you, too, for your assistance with the leasing company relative to the fraud alert and with our insurance company for the binder - saving Ron from having to make the call. Don made completing all of that voluminous paperwork very painless - explaining everything as we went along - and James did a great job in explaining all of the features of the car - even programming in the few radio stations that I listen to. 
 
We were also extremely impressed that we were able to drive home with the car today (rather than having to return to Keene to pick it up thereby saving us another 100+ mile round trip) and couldn't believe how great the car looked when it was done being prepped - there wasn't a speck of dirt or dust to be found - your service department did a superb job.  I only wish we lived closer to Keene because I'm sure the service department would be as great to deal with for service as the remainder of your dealership was to deal with but you can be assured that the car will receive the same loving care that my Del Sol has received over the last 13 years - my mechanic in Milford is wonderful and I trust him implicitly with my cars.
 
My ride home in my new Civic was a joy and I thought you'd like to see it parked in our driveway.

"I just wanted to make sure that your local Honda system knows how great I was treated today (Friday 5/15). My 85 year old mother's '05 Civic had gone dead this winter and the security system shut down the radio etc. I had called for instructions at that time and was given some procedures to follow. Naturally, I couldn't get it to work. So, Finally, I brought the car in today and Jeremy Trow was sent out to deal with it. I can't tell you in words how great he proceeded to fix the whole security dysfunction in minutes. It was apparent that if he doesn't make it as a mechanic ( no problem) he certainly knows what to do with the computer systems that run our cars today. I would like you to know what a superb sales staff you have at Honda of Keene.  Today, I purchased a car at this dealership, and I must say it was the most pleasurable three and a half hours I have ever experienced at a showroom.

From my initial conversation on the phone with George Thompson, to my congenial salesperson Ken Colby, to the knowledgeable and personable finance manager Donald McKinley, the transaction came together seamlessly.

"When Arthur woke up this morning he said maybe we should go to Herb Chambers because they had a red CR-V and a white one.  When we both discussed it, we decided that the salesman came on too strong yesterday when we were getting comparison prices.  One of the things he said to us when we told him we were going to do business with you was that he spent "all that time with us". He didn't have to show us the car or take us for a test drive, that was all ready taken care of elsewhere.  After he said that, we were even more certain we would be coming your way.

"Hello!  I am just writing to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at Honda of Keene recently.  I had been looking around at dealerships in the Keene area for a car and stopped in at Honda to look at some different options.  When i arrived, Casey McBrien came out and introduced himself and asked if I needed any help.  I told him what I was looking for and he took me inside to discuss the options he had available.  Though I was not able to find a used car that appealed to me, Casey was a wonderful help.  He did not make me feel pressured at all and was truly interested in meeting all of my needs.  He was incredibly patient, as I returned several times with questions.  Finally, I decided to look into leasing and Casey explained the process to me, as I have just recently graduated from college and have never leased before.  He showed me a Honda Civic that I instantly knew I was interested in.  I kept looking around at other options, but inevitably returned to Casey and leased the Civic.  He was able to answer all of my questions and made the difficult decision ten times easier with his personality.  He made it very clear that it was important to him that I be 100% satisfied with my choice, which I am.  He even make the experience exciting and fun!  I thank Casey and Honda of Keene for making this experience as enjoyable as it was.  I have recommended Casey to other friends who have become interested in leasing a Civic after hearing how easy he made the process for me.  Thanks again!
